New Podcast: Willful Adultery On The Lord

On this episode of the Innocence Redeemed podcast I will be making a compelling argument on the basis of when we avoid the stumbling block on a possible sin and go on doing it pretending we didn’t know, can we just claim ignorance?  Do we really believe we will be held guiltless and without consequence if we commit willful ignorance or in this case, willful adultery on Jesus?  It is a very real question many need to consider and be asking themselves in this very late hour.  I appeal to you, in this very late hour, claiming ignorance once you have been told something is wrong, does not get you a pass when the Lord already knows the intentions of your heart. We need to remember Him first in everything and do what is pleasing to Him as He will have a refined bride.

Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.

And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:

For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?

But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.

13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
