Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established. -Proverbs 16:3 (KJV)
Greetings Brethren, and thank you for visiting my site. It is my prayer that you enjoy my teachings and prophetic messages during your visit.
My name is Ray Bergman and I was born in Erie, PA and raised between Ohio and Florida before settling in the desert southwest, I learned about Jesus growing up as a Catholic. I made all my sacraments but never got in to the Word enough to fully understand how I myself, should live. Though I have always treated people well overall, I went out into the world being college-aged and got into a lot of partying and drifted away from God. However, God has always looked after me, even once when I faced death.
Though I have since become born again and given up practicing Catholicism, the Lord began calling me in 2019 to return to Him after many years of back sliding. Before then, I had become born again in 2007 and returned to the Lord briefly, but due to the previous teachings I had, I didn’t know enough of God’s Word to truly understand what repentance was and so I was still in sin. In 2011, I began returning to the Lord once again but still did not get into the Word as I should have to truly understand what I was supposed to do. I’ll admit to anyone that I was naïve and made a lot of mistakes in my youth. The time had to be right for me to truly seek Him. God knows our lives before we are born and knows what our true purpose will be but he gives us free choice to do our will or His will. It is up to us to embrace the Lord, seek Him and TRUST Him, for our purpose while we are here on Earth. We are to do His will but sadly, many of us compromise and fall to the ways of the world and the deception that is promoted throughout.
In early 2019, I was in the Wilderness without a job and desperately trying to find one. I had been searching for meaning to my life as a whole in early 2019. Everything felt hopeless and pointless. You could even say that though I had been blessed in many ways, mentally and spiritually I was a mess. Only after a night of heavy drinking, did the Lord come to me as I lay in my bed feeling completely lost and hopeless.
As I lay there on my bed I felt what I can only explain was a grip around my heart, like someone had reached into my chest and was squeezing it. It felt more and more uncomfortable and I heard in my spirit, “I could take you right now if I wanted to.”
As you can imagine this was startling and like a slap in the face -and it was. The discomfort let up a little and I then heard in my spirit,
“Listen son, you know better because I have already seen it through. I have taught you better than this, therefore you should know better. You are not living in my ways, nor my will for you.”
I heard in my spirit, “You better stop (living in sin) or I will not help you anymore. Time is running out. I’m giving you another chance to return to me. Seek me and I will help you in all you are dealing with.”
It was at this moment, I came to understand and believe that if I didn’t take Him seriously, He was going to let me die in my sin -if not right then, eventually.
My friend if this is you, it’s not too late. The Lord is reaching out His hand of mercy and calling on you. You did not find this site by chance. However, you need to know that the window to come to the Lord or return to Him as a prodigal son or daughter, is closing as the clock ticks closer to midnight.
It is the Lord’s desire that His people know they have a choice in that they do not have to do what the world commands (living in sin and compromising with evil) as this is not the way forward in the storm and that is the reason my blog has storm clouds as the background because we are entering a storm of unimaginable proportions and it is not God’s will that any so perish.
I started this blog for the reason of letting people know what time it is and that there is a way to come to redemption in Christ and that He will wash you clean of your sins as it pertains to Isaiah 1:18. He cleaned me up and He can cleanse you of your sins, that you too may be redeemed in Christ our Lord and be saved from the terrible but righteous day of judgment coming upon the Earth;
Isaiah 1:18 (NKJV)
‘Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the LORD, “Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool.’
2 Peter 3: 3-9 (NKJV)
3 knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, 4 and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.”
5For this they willfully forget: that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, 6 by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water.
7 But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
8 But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
The Word tells all of us as Christians in Romans 10:14;
‘How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?’
As we look further into the book of Isaiah we are told in 6:8 the answer is in us and we all have a responsibility to lead others to the truth in Jesus and I will just say I know in my heart that the Lord is now raising His people up, including myself, to be those workers who are sent into the fields as the harvest is great and we should be standing up to do this where we are able as I don’t want to think of the judgment that will fall on the unsaved as well as the judgment that could fall on those of us who are afraid to speak out when we are able to do so.
Isaiah 6:8 (NKJV)
Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”
Luke 10:2 (NKJV)
Then He said to them, “The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.
