New Podcast: Wisdom In Waiting

Many are faced with tough choices to act or wait on the Lord.  Having children in the last days is a big one near to the heart for many young couples.  Is this a wise idea and what does the Word tell us we should be aware of?  Additionally, when it comes to anything we strongly desire, are we doing ourselves a disservice by just doing whatever we want or waiting patiently on the Lord for an answer?  What does the Word tell us about wisdom of the last days and using it to discern the times in what we see currently unfolding?  What is the danger of not submitting to Jesus and pretending that everything is fine and doing whatever we want?  What are some of the judgments and tribulations coming that we need to be aware of that we should be discerning as it relates to making a decision?  What is the purpose?  Could our choice be a trap though we mistake it as an attack?  Is our waiting a test of the Lord’s blessing in our lives or are we not going to wait to find out and act impulsively despite the prophetic revelations we have been given in scripture?  Is our need more important than our want?  Could the Lord possibly be protecting us?  In this podcast I will be covering these questions and putting into perspective what the Word tells us about the last days so that we can discern the small but mighty voice of the Lord when it comes to making big decisions.

  1. Brother Ray, thank you for your astute and very sensitive handling of an area in spirit I know many are struggling with at this time. That is, their fervent desire to bring children into this world. As the father of a now beautiful 22 year old young man, words fail to capture the tenderness I felt (and still feel and will always feel) for my child. My heart aches for young parents, and prospective parents, at this time.

I will, thus, segue into commenting in complete agreement with you about how the Lord will never leave nor forsake us, nor will He forsake our children. All of us as believers, where ever we happen to be on the parenthood spectrum, are being challenged ever deeply at this time to press in to our faith.

As for steadfastness when it comes to waiting on provision, I know we can all understand to one degree or another the inherent challenge in that. Particularly for us men, we have this innate need to charge forward not only in our own strength (while forgetting where that strength actually comes from, and that’s the Lord!). And we have deep needs in terms of being providers and heros, if you will. That impulse ranges from protective instincts regarding even the children of complete strangers, to wanting to rush in like the cavalry and “save the farm” from any and all threat or encroachment. And then there’s the “fix-it” drive, where anything that’s broken must be fixed, so let’s roll up our sleeves and “git ‘er done.” Yet the Lord’s ways are not our ways. Pressing in and going deep in faith is difficult, for our flesh in its own strength wants to step in and push and shove and take over.

Hang in there, Brother. Breakthrough, to include provision, is coming. But because the Lord’s thoughts and ways are so much higher and better than ours, the wait can be an anxious one indeed. The Lord tells us to be anxious for nothing. But He also knows how it feels, for He became one of us in the flesh. He didn’t sin, but He felt it all. Many prayers and brother hugs for you here. You also know how to reach out to me otherwise when the Lord directs you, and thus when the time may be right.

    Tom 🙂

    1. Amen. God Bless you Tom and thank you for your encouraging comment which is very much needed right now.

The topic is a sensitive one indeed but it isn’t just on the subject of having children, although that is a big one. I mean my own brother has four young children and he and his wife have to be constantly vigilant as these leaders dancing with the evil continue to try and indoctrinate them whether it’s perverted (teaching young children how to masturbate or have sex & gender studies to question who God made them to be) not to mention the other brainwashing/conditioning (critical race theory a.k.a. wokeness -things Jesus did not teach as these are issues causing division).

You may recall I talked about some of this last year in the my podcast, “The Season of Forbearance” and it has become 10x worse since then. I’m pretty sure I told you about my nephew and that back in 2020 they were trying to force him to sing about masks being good when in reality we know they were causing rashes and making people sick. Hence nicknamed the face diaper. My sister in-law nearly lost it when my nephew told her and was all over that school and teacher like white on rice and I can’t blame her! This was in Florida and the governor eventually passed a bill I believe stating there would be consequences for over-stepping the parent. And so that is also the reasoning I am using where discernment is concerned with what I was trying to say. But in the end everyone will need to make their own choices.

These sick evil bastards know these kids are vulnerable and that’s why they target them. They also do it to entrap the parents. They have held drills taking children to a sports stadium, unbeknownst to the parent, then calling the mother or father to come pick up the child at the said ‘center’ which in the future may easily be turned into a camp for a ‘crisis.’ That’s how dumb they think everyone is and that right there ought to set off red lights and sirens. I can’t recall the name of the drill but I believe it took place in Colorado back in 2010/2011. I know Alex Jones covered it at the time and it was shocking to those who knew about it. Then the news was explaining it away as a precaution in the event of a disaster. More like planning to take the kids, bait the parent and both go into captivity. If it were simply regarding a precaution, why not notify the parents ahead of time and send home a permission slip with the child? So again, we need to be discerning the times.

It’s going to be bad enough to worry about that with those whom already have children and so that is why I looked for biblical wisdom on this about the last days so as to say, ‘Are you sure this is something you want to do?’ As you know, I will not just tell anyone what they want to hear and that is where I have to bring scripture in and say ‘look these things are coming!’ That is what a prophet/watchman does even at the risk of being hated and ridiculed, but then Jesus and His prophets also had to take the scoffing as many were in unbelief.

I separately had a talk with my mother about this yesterday after I uploaded the podcast and I asked, “knowing what you know, would you want to bring a child into this world right now if you were at that age?’ To which she said she would think twice about it as times are turbulent and too unsure. A child is conceived out of love and these goblins know they can bait people with their kids. It’s disgusting. I am blessed to be alive brother -that she gave birth to me just like I know you are blessed the same, but times have changed from when you and I were kids as well as most listeners and I think most of us can admit that now. The topic of the podcast was not to scare anyone but rather to think twice that we need to be aware and in some cases there may be a reason God does not want everyone to have a child and to behold that it may be a blessing, especially now of all times. It’s just like desires when it comes to anything else. All should be prayed upon. If we throw caution to the wind, we may be putting ourselves and the child at risk. Only the Lord knows what’s going to end up going down. It is a hard topic to swallow but one that should be considered for obvious reasons.

I’ll put it into perspective this way and that is faith is going to be key going forward in ALL things and that is the overall premise of this podcast and why I concluded on what I’m going through at the moment which I am believing the Lord to deliver me out of. Yes brother I will reach out soon. Just trying to do everything I can to keep the ministry going and not neglect my prayer time which some days has been a challenge but see here is the chance to build endurance and then be able to witness to it later on.

Thank you again brother for your kind words. 🙂

      1. Amen, Ray. Things were still sort of “normal” when my son was a little boy. He had positive, untained experiences with teachers and caregivers in his young life, at least all the way through upper elementary school. I’m grateful for that. But the challenges today’s younger parents face, now after the passage of only about 15 years, are daunting. The demons and their Earthly workers (of which there are many) are now after the youngest children. All I can say, is, woe to the very souls of those who corrupt the children and remain unrepentant; their dark fate is unimaginable. To fall into the hands of a living God is a fearful thing indeed; words fail me here.

As Christians, as heirs to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, we can recognize the times we’re in, but we can also fight back and speak out. This is the essence of revival, and it’s cropping up all over now. While any of us still walks the Earth, and breathes the air here, there is hope in reaching others and in advocating for children. The fear that so many are feeling is actually a projection of the fear the demons feel. Believers, however, need not fear and lay down and give up.

The right to life is not negotiable or disposable. There are too many negotiators in the ring right now. Too many compromisers. Too many “friends of the world.” The Lord wants them to be shown the light. In what we say and do, and in what we produce for God’s Kingdom, we can be a part of the light. The evil players in this world, the ones given over to reprobation and the pit, can go on to TRY to snuff us out individually, but the evil ones cannot stand against the Lord, and they know it.

  2. Thank you for bringing this forward brother as it’s the reality that is here now. As a mother it is very scary seeing this play out but we all knew this was coming for years. Very timely message and needed! This will effect everyone and every household.

    1. Yes. And what I should have said in the podcast and above (which I believe I quoted from the word in the season of forbearance) is when Jesus said;

      Matthew 18:5-7 (NLT)

5 “And anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf is welcoming me.
6 But if you cause one of these little ones who trusts in me to fall into sin, it would be better for you to have a large millstone tied around your neck and be drowned in the depths of the sea.

7 “What sorrow awaits the world, because it tempts people to sin. Temptations are inevitable, but what sorrow awaits the person who does the tempting.

So right there Jesus is saying by welcoming the child you are teaching them by His ways so that they remain innocent but woe (troubles) to anyone who tries to lead them astray and into sin to corrupt them. So much of that right now. It’s sickening. It really demonstrates how we have lost our way as a nation. A nation founded on the principles of the living God and has now dismissed Him. This doesn’t end well and that is the judgments I spoke about in the podcast.

      -Matthew 19:14 (NLT)

14 But Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.”

Verse 14 illustrates by letting the children come to Him is to learn of the Lord’s ways. This is as it should be so they know right from wrong. I mentioned by nieces and nephew above where it comes to my brother and a situation they dealt with. Both my brother and his wife are continuously teaching their kids the right ways so as they know what to do if faced with a situation of indoctrination. It’s sad and scary but a time to be vigilant. May God Bless you and your family Daniela.

  3. Amen! Absolutely it is, more than ever now. Teaching our daughter the same but most importantly raising her in the Lord. Likewise, God Bless you and your family brother. Hope you have a blessed week!
