New Podcast: Are You Tired?

Many are feeling beat down and worn down right now.  As we find ourselves in this stormy season of attacks what is our response and how do we counter the many attacks and wait on the Lord for renewed strength?  On this episode of the Innocence Redeemed podcast I will be talking about some recent attacks I have been dealing with personally and how decreeing strength and God’s promises will get us through and that these attacks are by design to get us to give up.  Are we going to give up and submit to the enemies’ attacks or are we going to take up our shield of faith and fight back with God’s Word as our weapon?

  1. Everything you said very much so. Last night felt myself almost slipping again into that funk where I get angry or let the frustrations take over. When I felt it wanting to ruin the night I played worship music. Well, as I did I thought on the Lord, closed my eyes and just started crying. He knows we are human and that it is a battle. I don’t know how far off now some of these things are (as we know they are close) but my husband and I were told to intercede and he talked about judgement and passover week. Just leaning into him as we wait. Thank you for being real it’s needed and welcomed 🙂

  2. Hello, brother Ray! I loved your transparency in this podcast. Everything you said about being weary and tired has been my experience as of lately. Keep fighting the good fight of faith, brother. God sees every tear you cry and is recording all your miseries. Before you know it, breakthrough will come. I broke down in tears last night asking God, “How long will this go on?” But, today I was led to hear this podcast and it was like a breath of fresh air. Please hang in there. You are a faithful servant to the Lord Jesus Christ and He loves you greatly. All the work you put in will not go to waste. God will reward it all in full. I know the pain of striving everyday in the Lord’s work and feeling like none of it is fruitful or worth anything, but you never know who is watching. I pray that God will be your comforter in those moments where tears and anguish are all you have left. God told me to tell the body of Christ to not take short cuts. We need to stay on the path He paved for each and every one of us, and giving up will stunt the spiritual growth of many, some will even fall away altogether, sadly. But, God is gracious. He will not suffer the righteous to be moved. He said, “Finish the race. You need to finish strong. Do not do things out of your own limited strength and ability because then you will grow frustrated and weary. Lean on Me, and I will give you grace to finish the race in supernatural strength and endurance (when He said that He reminded me of how Elijah outran the chariots of Ahab).” Sorry for the long comment, but know that God hears and sees you, and He sent me to tell you to finish the race. You will be given grace to finish strong. God bless.

    1. Wow thank you so much Kiki for being obedient to the Lord and coming here to comment. That means a lot to me given everything happening lately and it’s all I can do at times when it seems like there’s crickets but hundreds of listens and only a handful reach out/support (of which I am very thankful for those who do). But other times, I won’t know if the words are being heard or if they are falling on deaf ears because if what I’m saying isn’t being heard or resonating then I feel like I need to lean more into prayer for direction. So let me just tell you, encouragement like this goes a long way and I keep pushing forward because even though it can be quiet sometimes the Lord continues to lead me through. It’s just been rough lately so when it all starts to compound, well…you know how it is. God Bless you sister and thank you for lifting me up in prayer and support. I do appreciate it. 🙂

      1. Amen, Brother Ray. You are loved, and others are listening. Be consoled and stay the course. I will also be there with you in spirit and in other supportive ways! 🙂
